Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your Sub Zero Kings water chiller for any reason, or it doesn't live up to your expectations, you have 90 days to return it for a full refund.
We charge a restocking fee of 15% of your purchase amount.
You'll have to pay for the cost to ship it back to us, the estimated return cost for the chiller is $50 USD. In the case of returning your Sub Zero Kings Chiller, we ask that you return it in good condition, dry, and in its original packaging.

How Long will it take to cool my Ice Bath?
If you fill 80 gallon ice bath it will take more time. The cooling time depends on the environment temperature and the water volume. If you live in a warmer climate it might take 7 - 10 hours to cool down the water with the standard version chiller.
