📏 2. Custom Fabrication & "All Sales Final" Boundaries

ZeroSink specializes in high-ticket, precision-engineered architectural fixtures tailored to specific property blueprints. Because custom-sized sinks are altered down to individual millimeter configurations, they cannot be restocked or re-allocated to our standard inventory.

  • Bespoke Forclosure Rule: All sales executed for custom-sized sinks are completely final. We do not grant cancellations, refunds, or visual configuration alterations once the raw materials have entered our fabrication pipeline.

  • Exemptions for Defect or Transit Damage: The sole exceptions to the "All Sales Final" rule are instances where a fixture exhibits a documented internal manufacturing defect or structural damage incurred during transit. In such cases, remedies are handled strictly in accordance with our verified Return Policy framework.

🔋 3. Standard Inventory & Wellness Equipment Parameters

For non-customized, standard commercial equipment distributed via our e-commerce platform—specifically our high-output Red Light Therapy arrays, thermal Saunas, and high-performance Cold Plunges—the following parameters govern purchasing:

  • The 20-Day Return Evaluation Window: Standard products are subject to a strict 20-day return window counting from the verifiable date of carrier delivery.

  • Restocking Integrity: To qualify for a return or exchange, standard equipment must remain uninstalled, unused, completely free of chemical/water introduction, and secured perfectly inside its original factory crating and packaging.

🛡️ 4. Manufacturer Warranties & Liability Distribution

ZeroSink sources and distributes premium recovery engineering and architectural equipment. While we guarantee structural alignment at delivery, operational mechanical warranties are distributed directly by our third-party manufacturing partners.

  • Pass-Through Assurances: Specific manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are clearly documented on individual product listing descriptions (ranging generally from 1 to 2 years).

  • Claim Management: All subsequent mechanical diagnostics, component replacements, and technical warranty claims are managed directly through the respective mother manufacturing company. ZeroSink is absolved of direct repair liabilities once a third-party unit has been successfully deployed and operated beyond the baseline return window.

Because our structural fabricators execute custom sink modifications based entirely on data parameters provided by the client, the user bears absolute structural and financial liability for data accuracy:

The Measurement Liability Mandate: ZeroSink is not responsible for physical dimensional discrepancies, countertop misalignment, or structural plumbing friction resulting from incorrect measurements or blueprint files uploaded by the customer. We highly recommend verifying your architectural dimensions with a licensed contractor or master plumber prior to checkout.

🔄 7. Right of Amendment & Jurisdictional Authority

We reserve the exclusive administrative right to modify, adjust, update, or rewrite these Terms of Service at any interval without prior individual notification.

  • Implied Consent: Your continued navigation of our platform or the placement of sequential transaction invoices following updates constitutes your absolute acceptance of the revised terms.

  • Governing Law: These commercial terms are governed, executed, and interpreted under the regulatory legal frameworks of the State of California and the broader electronic commerce statutes of the United States.
