1. Processing & Transit Times

Every order undergoes a multi-stage validation process—including financial clearance, inventory allocation, and a pre-shipment quality audit—before being handed over to our logistics partners. Custom-altered fixtures fabricated to individual specifications may require additional engineering lead time, which will be communicated directly by our design desk.

2. Immutable Tracking Protocols

Every shipment leaving our facility includes complete digital tracking. You will receive an automated dispatch notification containing active tracking vectors the moment your cargo clears our loading dock.

3. Geographic Scope & Delivery Constraints

• Contiguous United States Only: Delivery services are strictly restricted to the 48 contiguous states of the US.
• Excluded Regions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any US territories, nor do we ship internationally.
• No PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Due to the physical volume, freight weight, and commercial packaging profiles of architectural sinks, saunas, and cold plunges, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or parcel lockers. A verified physical residential or commercial address is required.

• Independent Freight (Free Shipping Tier) 7 to 17 days : If you opt for our complimentary free shipping tier, heavy orders are assigned to our exclusive network of independent truck drivers, protecting premium fixtures from chaotic commercial sorting hubs.

5. Delivery Inspection & Signature

Due to the high-ticket value of our inventory, all major architectural and wellness shipments require an adult signature upon physical handover. For heavy wellness shipments, the driver will coordinate directly with your provided telephone number to establish a specific delivery window.

Mandatory Inspection: Before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt, you or your authorized contractor must visually inspect the exterior crating and internal product for structural integrity. Do not install the product if damage is found. Photograph the damaged packaging/product immediately and contact our operations hub at JOHNERDMANNSS@Outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
